관계 부사

 

관계부사

관계대명사처럼 앞 문장에서 나온 명사 (주로 장소, 시간 등)을 설명하는 역할

명사와 동사를 연결해주는 역할으로 어디서 언제, 어떻게 같은 정보를 제공함

 

1. where 장소 관계 부사

the house where i was born is in Seoul

this is the park where we used to play

 

2. when 시간 관계 부사

the day when i met her was unforgettable

i'll never forget the time when we went on our first trip together.

 

3. why 이유 관계 부사

the reason why i am late is because of traffic

i don't understand the reason why she left early

 

 

4. how  방법, 방식 

how + 주어 + 동사 = 어떻게 또는 어떤 방식으로 

 

i don't understnd how she solved the problem : 어떻게

the way how he speaks is impressive : 방법, 방식

 

 

4-1. how 사용시 주의점

how는 방법이나 방식을 나타내므로 how가 사용된 관계절은 방법에 대한 설명이 필요함

how를 사용한 문장에서 how 뒤에 동사가 올때는 how가 관계 부사 역할을 함

 

i can't imagine how she did it

do you know how they met

 

 

5. 관계 부사와 관계 대명사 차이

관계 대명사는 명사를 설명하는 대명사

관계 부사는 장소, 시간, 이유 등을 설명하는 부사
